RestedXP for WoW Forever: Price, Packages and What You Get

RestedXP's World of Warcraft: Forever leveling guide costs $30 for one faction or $45 for both, and our link Affiliate link takes 10% off automatically: $27 or $40.50. You get speedrunner-built quest routes that run inside the game through the free RestedXP addon, with an arrow to every next step. The Forever routes for levels 1–35 are finished. What you get with the Forever guide

RestedXP turns leveling into an ordered list of instructions inside the game: which NPC to talk to, which quests to accept, what to kill or collect and where to turn in. The arrow points to the next step, so you never alt-tab to a website or plan the next zone yourself.

The Forever product bundles several guide experiences. RestedXP's roadmap and updates list (checked 2 November 2026):

• Speedrun Guide (finished for 1–35): open-world leveling with an optimized quest order, travel routes, class training and hearthstone use, including elite and group quests.
• Dungeon Leveling Guide (live since 17 October, restructured 3 November): combines questing with dungeon runs and collects the relevant dungeon quests before you go inside. Our RestedXP Dungeon Guide page lists the dungeons in each faction's route.
• Levels 35–60 (after launch): Forever routes for both the Speedrun and Dungeon Leveling guides. Until they are ready, the existing Era routes stay available for 35–60.
• Discovery and Legacy (planned after launch): a Discovery option that prioritizes new Forever quests while you level, and a Legacy Guide for Forever's Legacy achievements on normal servers.

RestedXP's planned features also include class-tailored routes with talent and Legacy Point recommendations, plus post-leveling progression such as attunements, dungeon keys and the Tier 0.5 questline.

RestedXP's 9 October update shows how much Forever-specific work is in the routes: 62 new Alliance and 63 new Horde quests, the Skyborne starting zone for both factions, support for new combinations such as Dwarf Shaman, Undead Paladin and Orc Mage, and travel steps that use the new boats.

The routes are actively maintained. The v4.11.27 release on 21 October alone added Skyborne route fixes, Durotar and Night Elf polish, an extra hearthstone step before Deadmines in the Dungeon Guide and travel-step videos for Forever.

3 November update. The day before launch, RestedXP's major Forever update restructured the Dungeon Guide into mandatory, optional and upcoming dungeons per faction, adjusted both factions' routes to the 40-quest log limit, added graveyard-teleport steps between dungeons, reworked Alliance Night Elf and Hunter routing, and fixed many quest steps. If you already own the guide, purge, reload and re-import the new guide string (how).

Guides in your language. RestedXP announced on 3 November that its Forever guides can now be downloaded in German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Simplified Chinese as well as English; the v4.11.30 release notes list translations for those five languages. RestedXP's video shows how to download a guide in your language.

One faction or both? If you will only play Horde or only Alliance, the single-faction guide covers you. Both Factions costs $15 more than one faction and is the better buy if you plan an alt on the other side or your group has not settled on a faction yet.

Free addon, paid routes

The RestedXP addon is free on CurseForge, and RestedXP's Forever routes for levels 1–20 are free for everyone, so you can try the route on your first character before paying. Our page is RestedXP free? lists exactly which chapters are free and where they end.

Our install, import and use guide shows how to install the addon, import the paid guide and pick the right chapter. If a purchased guide does not appear, the missing guides and import fixes cover the account and import checks.

Accounts, sharing and refunds

RestedXP's terms (checked 2 November 2026) set out what you are buying:

• One account. Paid guides are "licensed, not sold" for personal, non-commercial use on a single Battle.net account. You link the purchase to your RestedXP account and Battle.net ID before importing it.
• No sharing. Sharing, copying or exporting paid guide content is prohibited, and RestedXP can end the licence without a refund if it finds a guide being shared. The free routes are not restricted this way.
• Transfers. The licence is not transferable, though RestedXP may allow a one-time move to another account at its discretion, with proof.
• Refunds. RestedXP generally does not refund digital orders. It may consider a request within 30 days if you have not downloaded the guide and your account is active; the terms explain how to ask. Its help center says an accidental duplicate purchase can be refunded through a support ticket.
• Split orders. If you bought with more than one email or order, the help center's "Link Order To Account" option combines them.
• Platforms. RestedXP supports Windows and Mac. Its terms say Linux, Wine, Proton, other compatibility layers and cloud gaming are not supported and remove refund eligibility.
• Updates. RestedXP's help center says guide updates are free of charge. The Forever guide is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Because refunds are limited, try the free 1–20 routes before you buy. For the policy question, see is RestedXP allowed in WoW Forever?

Is RestedXP worth it for WoW Forever?

It is worth it if you want to level without planning, especially on a first character or alts; skip it if you want to explore every quest at your own pace or already plan your own route. Our full RestedXP review gives the verdict and weighs it in detail.
